Abalıoğlu Group aims to be successful in the food, feed and soya oil sectors in which it has activities by finding valuable solutions for changing expectations of customers, Abalıoğlu is the leading and pioneer company of feed sector in Turkey with its qualified and safe products. Founded in 1969 in Denizli, Abalıoğlu Feedmill is the first feedmill of the Turkish private sectorEstablished on a closed area of 27 thousand square meters, the production plant produces feed for ruminant, layer, broiler and fish with the capacity of 400.000 tonnes. Denizli Feedmill is the biggest feed production plant in Turkey with its production of 80 tonnes/hour.

Additionally, a corn drying facility with the capacity of 100 tonnes/day and a whole ful fat soya facility with the capacity of 400 tonnes/day take place within the scope of the feedmill.

To meet  the increasing demand in Marmara region, located on an area of 13.000 square meters the feed facility was founded in Çanakkale-Biga in 2000. Having a closed area of 1665 square meters, the factory produces feed for ruminant and layer with a production capacity of 100.000 tonnes anually.

Abalıoğlu makes a production of feed for trout, seabream and seabus (?) , has an production capacity of 100 tonnes/day.

Abalıoğlu, Turkey’s first and leading company of the feed sector, operates with full integration from feed to breeder eggs and chick production; and from contract breeding to poultry production. 

Abalıoğlu Group, which has secured for the Turkish economy Turkey’s biggest and most hygienic integrated poultry processing facility, offers healthy and delicious products to the preference of Turkish people with the Lezita brand.  

The Lezita Poultry Integrated Facility which became operational on a 23.000 square meter covered space on the İzmir – Ankara highway, at Kemalpaşa Bağyurdu at a distance of 6 km. to Turgutlu, is situated on a total of 100.000 square meter site. Many products from fresh poultry to salami, “sucuk” (spiced sausage), sausagge; and from “köfte” (meat balls) to schnitzel and prepared “döner” (thin sliced gyro) are produced in the state-of-the-art machine parks without any manual intervention.
Maximum bio-safety measures are implemented at every point in the facility which works in accordance with EU Criteria.

 

 

Installed on an area of  25.000 square meters Abalıoğlu Soya Oil  Plant operates its activities in Çiğli Atatürk Industrial Zone. Having a raw material storing capacity of 17.000  tonnes, the facility stores 12.000 tonnes of soya bean meal, 2000 tonnes of  crude soya oil and 150 tonnes of soya hull. Having a soyabean processing capacity of 450 tonnes, the facility produces 320 tonnes soya bean meal, 90 tonnes crude soya oil and 30 tonnes soya hull per day. The investment cost of Abalıoğlu Soya Oil plant is 10 million USD.
