Abalıoğlu Group, which has secured for the Turkish economy Turkey’s biggest and most hygienic integrated poultry processing facility, offers healthy and delicious products to the preference of Turkish people with the Lezita brand.
The Lezita Poultry Integrated Facility which became operational on a 23.000 square meter covered space on the İzmir – Ankara highway, at Kemalpaşa Bağyurdu at a distance of 6 km. to Turgutlu, is situated on a total of 100.000 square meter site. Many products from fresh poultry to salami, “sucuk” (spiced sausage), sausagge; and from “köfte” (meat balls) to schnitzel and prepared “döner” (thin sliced gyro) are produced in the state-of-the-art machine parks without any manual intervention.
Maximum bio-safety measures are implemented at every point in the facility which works in accordance with EU Criteria.
Installed on an area of 25.000 square meters Abalıoğlu Soya Oil Plant operates its activities in Çiğli Atatürk Industrial Zone. Having a raw material storing capacity of 17.000 tonnes, the facility stores 12.000 tonnes of soya bean meal, 2000 tonnes of crude soya oil and 150 tonnes of soya hull. Having a soyabean processing capacity of 450 tonnes, the facility produces 320 tonnes soya bean meal, 90 tonnes crude soya oil and 30 tonnes soya hull per day. The investment cost of Abalıoğlu Soya Oil plant is 10 million USD.
